Some Details For Your Fairmont Stay

This wonderful hotel experience is nestled along 32 oceanfront acres of the majestic Kohala Coast, with world-class beaches, underwater marine life in a private bay, and plenty of lounging under palm trees by the spacious pool.  This hotel is a quick walk to-and-from the tennis courts. 
When you book your hotel using the passkey link or noting on the phone that you are part of the Island Slice Hawaii Tennis camp, you will have access to these additional amenities and provisions.

Room Rates are just $469/night! Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.  This special rate is offered to tennis camp participants and their guests.  This special rate is offered three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the tennis camp dates.  Taxes are not included in the room rates.  See below for future details.

Reduced Resort Fee is $25/night.  The resort fee is usually $45/night. The following amenities are bundled into this charge:

  • Complimentary shuttle bus service within the Mauna Lani Resort area

  • Unlimited access to the on-premise beaches, pools, restaurants and fitness centers

  • 10% off 2024 Spa without Walls treatment pricing

  • Overnight self-parking for one vehicle per room

  • Unlimited basic WiFi access in guest rooms and public areas

  • Wellness classes (please see wellness offerings at the Spa Without Walls)

  • Two Fairmont Orchid reusable water bottles per room

  • Hawaiian Cultural Classes, Lei greeting upon arrival, complimentary snorkel equipment rental for one hour per guest per day.  Guests who purchase Fun & Sun passes may sign out snorkel equipment multiple times per day.

  • 45-minute photo session with Pacific Dream Photography (reservations required, photos available for purchase)

  • much more activities for families (ex. Hui Holokai Beach Club Activities each day, seasonal activities and resort programming, etc.

  1. Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival for full refund.  Refunds are not available for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival.  

  2. Check In is 4:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however, rooms may not be immediately available. 

  3. Check Out is 11:00 a.m.  Late check-out is available.  Guests may also shower at the tennis shop before their departure (if they dont want to request late check out). 

  4. Room Capacity. Maximum occupancy is four (4) adults - or two (2) adults and two (2) children per room.  Each extra adult sharing a room on the conveyed reservation will be charged an additional $75.00 plus tax per night, beginning with the third adult.  

  5. Rollaway Beds.  A $75.00 per rollaway fee applies.  This fee will be waived if guest is paying additional for the third and fourth adult.  The maximum number of rollaway per room or suite is one (1).  Rooms with 2 queen beds are unable to accommodate a rollaway.
